Ring, rare (requires attunement by someone with a military background)

This ring is a simple steel band, with the phrase "Swift as the Wind, Steadfast as Steel" engraved on the inside. The ring enhances the wearer's speed and agility, allowing them to move with incredible speed and grace across the battlefield.

The ring will only attune to individuals that have a history of military service, or similar disciplined and regimented training. The GM has discretion over which characters this applies to.

When wearing this ring, the wearer gains a +10 bonus to their movement speed and can move across difficult terrain without penalty. Additionally, the wearer gains advantage on Dexterity saving throws made to avoid being knocked prone.

The wearer can stomp their heel on the ground to use Dash or Disengage without spending an action. This ability can only be used once per day.
